TradeMastery 360° is an educational training program delivered by Stokzy Trading Academy. It teaches concepts, tools and skills related to the Indian stock market, forex, cryptocurrency and algorithmic trading.

Stokzy Trading Academy is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, stockbroker or portfolio manager, and nothing on this website or in the program constitutes investment, trading or financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, currency or crypto-asset.

Trading and investing in equities, derivatives, forex and crypto-assets carries a high degree of risk and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance, backtests or examples shown during the program are for educational purposes only and are not indicative of future results.

Stokzy Trading Academy does not guarantee any level of profit, income or employment outcome as a result of completing TradeMastery 360°. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

The “Certified Multi-Market Trader (CMMT)” credential is a certificate of completion issued by Stokzy Trading Academy to learners who pass all assessments and the capstone project. It is a private credential awarded by Stokzy and is not a government, university or SEBI-issued qualification, licence or registration.

Program fees, instalment schedules and applicable taxes (including GST) are as displayed on this website at the time of enrolment and may be revised for future cohorts. Instalment plans require timely payment to retain uninterrupted access to live sessions and mentorship; access may be paused for overdue instalments.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the refund window and conditions communicated to you in writing (email or WhatsApp) at the time of enrolment. Please contact support@stokzy.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

All course materials, recordings, slides, tools and content provided during TradeMastery 360° are the intellectual property of Stokzy Trading Academy and are licensed to enrolled learners for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution or resale of course materials is not permitted.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting any form. We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of this website at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stokzy Trading Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including trading or investment losses, arising from your use of this website or participation in TradeMastery 360°.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
