This website is operated by Stokzy Trading Academy (“Stokzy”, “we”, “us”), registered office at Plot 42, Udyog Vihar, Phase 4, Gurugram, Haryana, 122015, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or the TradeMastery 360° enquiry form, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

When you submit the enquiry / consultation form on this website, we collect:

• Your full name
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Self-reported trading experience level
• Technical data such as the page you submitted from, the date/time of submission, and standard browser/device information collected automatically by our analytics and advertising tools

We use the information you provide to:

• Contact you by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp about TradeMastery 360°
• Share curriculum details, fee plans, cohort dates and answer your questions
• Process your enrolment and payments if you choose to join the program
• Improve this website and measure the effectiveness of our advertising
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to make any automated decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and similar tools to measure how visitors arrive at this site from our ads and to report conversions back to Meta. These tools set cookies and may collect browser/device identifiers. Meta processes this data under its own Data Policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and manage the ads you see from Meta through your Meta Ad Preferences.

We share your information only with service providers who help us run this program:

• Workflow / lead-routing tools (e.g. Pabbly Connect) that deliver your enquiry to our sales and mentorship team
• WhatsApp, when you choose to start a chat with us from the confirmation page
• Meta Platforms, Inc., for advertising measurement as described above
• Payment processors, only if and when you proceed to pay program fees

We do not share your data with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain enquiry and enrolment data for as long as necessary to respond to you, deliver the program, meet our accounting/legal obligations, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle any follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 8).

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration or loss. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent to be contacted, at any time. To do so, email support@stokzy.com with your request and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This website and TradeMastery 360° are intended for adults capable of entering into a contract under Indian law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. The “Effective date” below tells you when it was last revised.
